The Challenge
Because the home was newly built, the property had no established landscape or outdoor circulation. The design needed to connect the front, side, and rear of the home while adding privacy, structure, and functional places to gather.
Our Approach
We created a complete landscape plan that organized the entire property rather than treating each area separately. Curved walkways, layered planting beds, lighting, screening, and outdoor destinations were planned to work together and complement the home’s architecture.
The Solution
The final design creates a clear flow around the home, a dedicated firepit destination, a built-in grilling area, and a layered landscape with year-round structure. Every element has a purpose—from softening the foundation to screening utilities and guiding movement after dark.
